Choucroute (sauerkraut)
Perhaps the most popular German food "name" here in Brazil, sauerkraut is nothing more than a pickled cabbage fermented. As with revenue very popular, there are several ways to prepare, and many times it is served as an accompaniment to a main dish.
Eisbein:
With the German name, few people know that the Eisbein is nothing Knee Pork, which can be served fried or baked. It is made with various spices, and usually accompanied sauerkraut.
